Shoes arrived smooshed and smelled like chemicals (from the paint/dye used). None of this is disclosed in the description. In fact it says that it arrives new in box. I didn’t get them in a box. She also said to put tissue paper in them to get them back in shape. It could have been shipped that way. Contacted the seller and got a disappointing response.
